“This was our first time at Origine Brass and overall it was an excellent experience. Friendly service and we enjoyed trying 4 different beers and the food was excellent. I had the artichoke and goat cheese pizza, one friend had the shrimp and lobster roll with fries, another had the burger (2 huge patties) with fries. The fries are excellent. I am not a beer drinker but I enjoy this type of establishment as they have several varieties that are delicious. All in all a fun night and we will be back!“

“I was looking for a IPA and unfortunately this was not the place for that, however the Czech lager was delicious and the space was great. 100% would recommend it too several of my friends, even if it wasn't exactly what I was personally looking for.“

“Un lieu que je fréquente à l’occasion et qui ne déçoit jamais. Chez Les Insulaires, on vient d’abord pour la bière — et on reste pour l’expérience. La Phare et la Lux brillent franchement parmi leurs créations : chacune bien construite, expressive, avec cette touche d’élégance qui fait qu’on y revient. Le Blanton’s Old Fashioned m’a aussi franchement séduit : soigné, précis, avec juste ce qu’il faut d’aplomb. Le service ? Sympathique, attentif, à l’image de l’endroit. Le décor est soigné, réfléchi, avec du style et de la personnalité. Le hall d’entrée, avec son architecture de haut niveau, annonce d’emblée un lieu conçu avec goût et maîtrise. Et quand je repars, une seule pensée me suit : à quand la prochaine tournée ?“
