“It's our favorite restaurant. The only issue we had was with the receptionist; she wasn't friendly, and we had to wait at the bar. We were with young children, and they told us they couldn't sit at the bar, which was confusing and didn't make sense and don't offer other place to wait. The waitress who served us was incredibly kind, which made up for it and helped us forget the initial problem.“

“so my order, was sent to the wrong pizza place yet even so, they waited after closing, in the full moon under the torret of rain outside with my order. Despite me not being able to arrive and collect from this man, who ever he man be, he waited with patience and grace, until I discovered the mishap,and informed them, where they then understood and wished me well. Amazing customer service, truely above and beyond.“

“Aman is the best worker and kindest person ever!
Aman, the manager of the Dorval location, is an amazing person. My teenage son was stranded in an airport hotel in Montreal overnight after missing a connecting flight coming from Europe to the U.S., and he had put his wallet in his checked bag (which went on without him), so he had no credit card, no ATM card, no Canadian currency, and hadn't eaten all day. His flight from Montreal to the U.S. was 30 minutes late, but apparently the U.S. security closed down and he was literally dropped at the hotel by the airline and told to come back the next day. We tried to order him food, but the Dominos App and web site wouldn't let us pay with a US credit card zip code on a Canadian order, and the store policy was that you couldn't pay with a credit card over the phone. Aman was incredibly patient and spent a ton of time trying to talk us through making the app and/or web site work, and then when it was clear it wouldn't, he paid out of his own pocket for our son to have a pizza which was literally the first food he had had in 20 hours of travelling. His kindness was such an amazing act of generosity and I can't commend him enough.“
