“I recently stopped by Paramount at YUL Airport and was pleasantly surprised to see that they’ve introduced new Plat du Jour options! The dishes are not only original and flavorful but also made with fresh, high-quality ingredients that truly elevate the experience. Each meal feels carefully crafted, offering a delicious twist on traditional Middle Eastern flavors.
Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience even in a busy airport setting.

“Early Dec2024 Canadian Bistro that generally serves Montreal style sandwiches and specializes in bagels, breads, and smoke meats.
Travellers to Montreal are often recommended to try their bagels and smoked meats.
The bagels are less dense and mildly sweet and is ideally toasted to bring out the aroma and crunchy texture.
Counter service is fast and efficient.
The airport stall outlet has limited seating and will often get filled quickly.

“Believe it or not it was one of the best restaurants we've been to while in Quebec. The price is not higher than outside either which was a surprise. The only down side is that they didn't have creme brulee. They have a creme caramel which is basically flan.“

“Came here because there’s no nearby restaurants around the airport. But also glad we found this place. The service was friendly, the ambiance was relaxing, and food was delicious, although it took forever for the food to come out. The menu itself varied but pretty standard, so it wouldn’t take long to choose.“

“Our server BRANDY was the best! From start to finish she was super attentive and kept checking on us whenever our drinks ran out! Never skipped a beat very accommodating to our needs. We are visiting from Toronto and she recommended some awesome places to visit while we were here. As servers we appreciate the hospitality she provided to us ❤️ if we ever get stuck in Montreal again we will be coming back for her ! From server to server keep it up girl we love your energy!“
