“It’s now my only go-to food truck. My favourite is the jerk chicken taco, the flavours are so well balanced. Hubby’s favourite is the Fish taco. Friendly staff, and I love the touch that they don’t make guests stand around, they deliver your food to the available picnic tables (when there’s seating available, they’re that busy at lunchtime) or to wherever you’re standing.“

“We had an amazing experience. Came in from Montreal just to try this and ordered a mix of everything. We were not disappointed. The doubles were great, the jerk chicken rice and peas hit the right spot! The curry chicken and curry goat was delicious. Strongly recommend you go and try the food there. You will be happy you did. Thumbs up to the owners !“

“Alex makes the BEST fries in town. Him and his staff are super friendly and the portions are VERY generous. I have to hold back sometimes when we drive by because I would eat them regularly. His hours have changed though - 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. every day.“

“This place was close to our hotel so we decided to try it. It is a little hole in the wall test kitchen with a counter with a few chairs. The staff were very friendly even though it was busy. The food was fantastic. The smash burger was fresh and so tasty. I'm not usually a big burger fan and never had a smash style burger before but I'm sure we'll go again before we fly home. The fries are also great. Luckily we saw someone else's order before we ordered as you get an entire sandwich bag of fries which were plenty of for the two of us. Good value and so yummy!“

“Last night my daughters and I were blessed to have the opportunity to have experienced going to Yakko Takko. It was a very welcoming delightful fun personalized experience. Not only is the idea of a taco truck genius but he has made this an experience. Personalizing meals to the level of spice and taking the time to make sure u enjoy ur meal. Hot 1-10??? My girls and I got 3-5. Thank goodness. Mucho caliente!!! I highly recommend this amazing Hidden gem and beauty in the heart of hintonburgh!!! Right beside dollarama on somerset but look up!“

“Was recommended to try this spot near the Gatineau Hills. I actually wanted to try this spot for several years.
Had a fry and their recommended burger
The chef special. Havarti cheese if I recall with their house made sauce.
Honestly, I was somewhat disappointed.
Beef patties were dry, no moisture, too much burger sauce/dressing and did not finish the fries. They were very plain.
Yo can actually share a fry way to much for one person. Not sure if it was a off day with the cooking or I selected the wrong item to eat. Maybe second time around will be better. Cheers“
