“The food was absolutely delicious, and we loved the egg rolls they surprised us with when we got home (thank you 😊). The free egg rolls may have been due to some miscommunication on pick up time when we ordered online, we even waited an additional 15 mins after arriving, but that did not take away from how incredibly flavorful the food was! We came wait to eat there again!!“

“We went to Kalinga Indian Cuisine to celebrate my father’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The food was absolutely delicious—authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was rich with traditional taste and perfectly spiced, making it one of the best Indian dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.
The staff was amazing—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They made sure our entire family felt comfortable and celebrated. Their thoughtful service really made my father’s birthday special, and we appreciated the warm hospitality from start to finish.

“Found this amazing, delicious, authentic Indian vegetarian restaurant on Baseline - Royal Paan. ( 1943 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON K2C 0C7). Usually not very impressed by Indian resturent in Ottawa but this one touched my soul. Worth trying. I have tried couple of dishes and they all were amazing Pavbhaji Dosa, Stuffed Kulcha Channa, Dhai bahala and Hakka Noodles. The amount of food was way enough for me. The place was clean and very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for sure. Already went 3 times and will be going again.“

“Authentic Kerala style food. We ordered a vegetarian thali, onion pakora and Uttapam. All the dishes in Thali were really good. There chutneys are tasty and uttapam was fluffy and paired well with chutneys. Amazing service and friendly staff“

“So... there should be a 5 stars plus rating. I was getting my car serviced a couple of doors down and had my baby with me so I decided to go grab a coffee while I waited..well, the smell as soon as I walked in had me hungry instantly so I got some samosas for my wait, umm yum! I ended up leaving with a bag full of food, and all I have to say is, wow! The unmatchable customer service from the 2 ladies that served me unbelievable. Highly recommend! Thank you so much ladies I give your customer service 10 stars ❤️“

“We accidentally stumbled upon this restaurant 2 years ago when we visited Ottawa and we really loved this place for the food and vibes. We went there yesterday again on our Ottawa visit because we wanted food without onion and garlic. Only place in downtown Ottawa where you can get this kind of food is Peace Garden Pushpa who owns this place was kind enough and prepared paninis for us without onion and garlic by modifying the recipe to accomodate our request. If you have such special request please call them a day early. We got the food as take out and enjoyed it on the way back home. If you are looking for great vegan food with home cooked taste, you should visit Peace Garden !!“
