Drinks barely have any alcohol in them and bartenders self tip with drinks being an upwards of $16. Decorations and lights are good, however the DJ doesn’t usually play any good music which sucks. Toilets rarely flush and sometimes the bathroom is flooded, male staff go into the women’s bathroom to empty the full toilets. Security is typically rude and/or shove past people with no care in the world. Basically don’t come here if you don’t have to. Glad I never have to ever again.

rudest experience i've ever had going into the club. went to pay for entry and was rushed and heckled in my FACE for attempting to pay. older white male, brown hair, french accent, at the counter was completely disrespectful. if you see this guy EXPECT BAD THINGS.

Unprofessional security behavior. I was grabbed by the arm and hood and physically pulled out of the club without any verbal warning for throwing two snowballs from the balcony. I would have left if asked. The situation could have been handled verbally instead of with unnecessary force. Disappointing experience.

owner/manager/employee (not sure) put his hands on me (18, f)in an inappropriate and aggressive manner, while instigating an unnecessary conflict just because i gave him the wrong arm for the wristband. after rightfully flipping him off for the way i was treated, he very aggressively put his very heavy flashlight on me and hurt me. whether or not i flipped him off, assault is assault, and there was a security guard one meter away who he could have asked to handle it. instead he put his hands on my body and also told me to stick my finger in a very inappropriate place while displaying reckless, power trip behaviour … this man was very lucky police weren’t called to report the battery and humiliation and that he committed against me. would not recommend to others overall lol. i would like to reiterate that i did not initiate contact with this man. all i did was express a boundary after he felt the need to slap my wrist like some sort of 19th century school teacher and swear at me. in their response they mention how their staff are trained for these situations when, in fact, this entire situation presented a clear lack of training and de escalation. the ladies who usually work the coat check are great and i’ve never had any sort of issues like this with them. the problem was the deeply insecure man with authority issues, who for some reason has been allowed to face and serve the public

if it really was regardless of the person involved, then the staff member shouldn’t have been allowed to behave that way toward me in the first place (derogatory language, aggression, things arguably much worse than being flipped the bird after the fact) i. did. not. start. it.
