Best tim horton ever. Gave me a free wrap because the person who took the order was rude, when I got to the window ready to pay, the manager apologized for her employee and said it was for free for me. Like woaw! Fantastic service!

Tim Hortons offers excellent service, but some technical issues arise. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, making it inconvenient for customers. The food is great, and parking is available in the back. However, customers may experience some mistakes with their orders. The Boston Baileys donut takes a few visits to get, and the original Boston cream is preferred over the new version. Despite some hiccups, the hardworking staff is appreciated, but it's frustrating when orders are not fulfilled correctly.
