“Wow what a discovery! As a former 'wine lover', I have recently converted to discovering the world of brewing. I went to the Alchemist and I'm in shock: A trippy gang, people who know about it (without taking themselves for others...!) and who invite you into this universe by telling you: "come sit down, we're going to talk!". They take the time, adapt to their clientele (while I was there, an older couple showed up and then a small family arrived and, in both cases, the conversations, just as respectful one than the other, made sure that the guests had wide smiles) and seemed to enjoy the moment with you.....“
