Starbucks in Kirkland

“I have been living in Montreal for many years. I usually used to go to Tim Hortons because they have many locations and they are everywhere. However, in most branches things were quite disorganized and dirty, the service quality was very low, and the restrooms were almost always very dirty.

Recently I started coming to this Starbucks branch, and I can really feel the difference. Everything is clean, organized, and the staff are polite, kind, and professional. The service is excellent and incredibly fast — almost within seconds!

“It would make a lot more sense if the Starbucks was downstairs and not upstairs inside the Provigo grocery store because imagine how many accidents can customers make, spilling their drinks all over the elevator and the floors get slippery and sticky? Other than that, their food and drinks are not bad.“
