“Went in on 9/29 around 11h for my birthday beverage. For some reason it didn't appear on my app but the young gentleman that served me fixed everything up. I don't know his name but he went above and beyond. Wonderful customer service. Hope management realizes how lucky they are to have him“

Two ladies were restocking the cafe, no customers were there. I ordered a chocolatine, they both ran to serve me with a smile in the shortest time possible! It was very delicious as well… They both know their priorities! Good job!“
“We have been to many Starbucks and order multiple coffees several times a week. Since converting to paper cups the drinks were not visibly satisfying as you can not see the caramel lining, the fruit etc. Just not appealing anymore to drink out of this paper cups so decided to buy our own glass cups so we can enjoy our drinks like before and the size of the cups are equivalent to Trenta. Multiple times our coffees were empty but never at this Starbucks! The 440 Starbucks has amazing staff and the most kindest and sweetest barista is ZOEY. She always smiles and gets the order made above and beyond perfect. Thank you Zoey for always making us smile with our perfect coffees ❤️“

I wish they give him a raise and that Starbucks appreciates the worker that they have and acknowledged the fact that without them there is no Starbucks. Laval locations on Des Laurentides I think. They forgot my expresso shots that's okay.“
