Always so full and busy, but the drink are good as usual
Anna provided exceptional customer service yesterday evening ! I ordered a drink through the app, but when I arrived, I was told they were sold out, even though the app had said my order was ready.

Super impressed with the service here! Place was extremely busy, but the team handled the rush like total pros. Drinks came out quick, prepared right, and the staff were friendly!

Starbucks is a popular spot for cold drinks like frappuccinos and matcha, although the presentation varies between locations. The Laval branch receives high praise for their transparent cups and careful preparation, while the other location is commended for their drink quality but criticized for long wait times and insufficient staff. Some customers have a preferred barista who consistently prepares their drinks to their satisfaction.
