“I had the chance to try Haitian food for the first time here in Canada, and it was an amazing experience! The dishes were full of flavor, well-seasoned, and truly authentic. The portions were especially impressive — very generous and definitely worth the price. A great spot to enjoy delicious food without breaking the bank. I highly recommend it! ✨“

“I ordered djondjon sticky rice and goat meat for my husband and kalalou and bean puree for me. Both were excellent. I was very happy to see that my husband (a gourmet of his type) enjoyed both meals with an appetite that bordered on gluttony.The space is clean and warm with a Haitian konpa atmosphere. “I live not too far from there for almost a year. Is the 1st time I ordered there. Food taste amazing, I can eat the quantity for 2 days. Restaurant is clean and the lady cooking is nice.I got the chicken. She is having food tasting there Sunday Jun 9th, I plan on going with my niece.“

At least we have one haitian fast food in the area, all of dem are in Montreal North, Folks go try the authentic Haitian food.“

“For an unassuming hole in the wall, Le Fils à Maman offers a homey atmosphere of a classic mom and pop shop, and the food is to die for. The Griot was the perfect mix of salty and tangy, and the rice was phenomenal! The owner is also beyond kind and generous and a good company when it's not busy, spent 2 hours chatting with the owner and had a blast.

“First time at this place.The food is really good The rice and peas, the chicken is so tasty and the best fried plantain. It's a bit pricy but I understand locals business are surviving. Its worth to try ,the best Haitian food I ate so far.“
