“This Chatime has become a real local favorite and something of a landmark for bubble tea in the LaSalle and Lachine area. The location is almost always busy, which says a lot about the loyal customer base they have built over the years, yet the team manages to keep the service remarkably quick and efficient.
What stands out is the consistency. The drinks are well prepared, the tapioca pearls are fresh, and the ingredients are good quality. Even during busy periods, orders move quickly without making the experience feel rushed. The staff clearly know how to handle a high volume of customers while maintaining the quality people expect from Chatime.
It is also nice to see a franchise location with a genuine family-operated, local feel. There is a sense that this store has become part of the neighbourhood rather than simply another chain location.
For anyone looking for bubble tea around LaSalle, Lachine or Angrignon, this is an easy place to recommend. Fast service, consistent drinks, fresh tapioca and a strong local following make it one of those dependable places people keep coming back to.“

“I ve just been there with my family. The food there is reaaally good. Their prices are affordable, the food is in good portion, tasty and well presented. A big plus this place has is the service, our waitress *Lilia* was really kind and patient with our questions. The owner is lucky to have such good employees“

“I’m visiting from abroad and came specifically to try poutine and BeaverTail. Viviane was wonderful, kind, very patient and helped me order. The bacon poutine and the brownie BeaverTail were both delicious, prepared quickly, and packed perfectly for takeout. I loved the BeaverTail, the texture was so soft and crunchy at the same time. Would definitely recommend, and the price was fine!“

“I’m working a Basketball tournament near by and this was the only shop close by on Uber. After receiving my order, I wish I lived closer now so I could go every morning. It was soooooooooo good! I ordered the grilled cheese, latte and chocolatine and everything was AMAZING! Especially the grilled cheese, I wish I had ordered two 😍🤤 Very impressed!!“

“Excellent healthy smoothie cafe. Serving a variety of bowls, toasts and coffee. Friendly staff. They have a small counter area with 4 bar stools to enjoy your purchase. Try the Greek yogurt bowl, the muscle up smoothie and their avocado toast! Everything is so good!“

“It’s a favourite whenever I feel like getting something fresh, the prices are good and the staff is nice. Although if you’re in a hurry and there’s a lot of people waiting, I don’t recommend but otherwise, go for it. They have a really good green tea with lime imo“

“I've tried Red Mango, Melon, and Chocolate peanut butter so far and I haven't been disappointed! The flavours are good, service is fast, size is convenient (I always get small.) I just wish they offered all drinks in the small size instead of just the classic ones.It's a great alternative to coffee/hot chocolate in the morning. I start around 10 every morning and since I don't like to eat breakfast, this is a nice way to make sure I do have something in my stomach before work.It is expensive (5.34$ small with tax) but I'm told they should be getting MYT Rewards soon so that should help and I know some other chains have a punch card option.“

“Incredible spot, ever since me and my roommate discovered it last year, it truly became our go to. The food is amazing (they now have specialized restaurant called Pho Rachel), their drinks are delicious and refreshing, and the two owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this enough! ❤️“

Excellent food, service, atmosphere, good choice of drinks, and excellent coffee options. 3 different salads were ordered and not sure which was best! Highly recommend stopping in here and grabbing a good bite, good coffee, and enjoy the ambience of this beautiful little cafe.“
