Ambiance amazing, staff friendly, love the vibe. Had the salmon tartare with fries. Not a big fan, missing flavour, lime wasn’t enough. Very bland. Missing a little something. I would also incorporate everything on the same plate. Little chaotic but that’s also my fault. We went with my 2 year old, he wanted to eat on my lap. So I had his plate and my two.

Les Enfants Terribles - Laval offers a mix of experiences, with some dishes praised and others received lukewarm comments. The beef tartare has been appreciated, while the onion soup, brie & braised beef poutine, and fried squid were considered overly salty or bland. The atmosphere is lively and semi-casual, with loud music that can make conversations difficult, especially compared to other locations. Service has been inconsistent; some guests experienced slow or disorganized service with errors in orders, but others noted that servers can be courteous and attentive. Improvements are needed, as servers sometimes pick up plates before guests are finished or have trouble responding quickly. The manager was praised for making a large group feel special. Standout sides like mashed potatoes and broccoli received positive remarks. The restaurant has ratings around 3.5 stars and 6.9/10, with some guests unsure if they will return, while others enjoyed their visit. Overall, Les Enfants Terribles - Laval offers "quite good" food in a lively setting, but service and noise levels could be improved. Recent reviews mention the food being good but presented in a more fancy way than it is, with some dishes like steak being straightforward. Excellent service from William made a difference for one guest, showing that attentive staff can enhance the experience.
