I was so excited to try this restaurant! I did 1h bus ride to go eat there. After waiting for over 45 minutes for the waitress to come take my order I was so hungry and disappointed that I left.
Then left a comment on Google, and the owner's reply is: "it's a mistake thanks."
Not even sorry... I can understand that she can be very busy and it looked like the place was understaffed. But with a reply like this, it shows how much you care about your new customer satisfaction....read full review
