I would like to thank immensely Allison the Manager and Ragul. We walked in wanting to purchase some pods for our existing Nespresso machine and walked out with the Vertuo. Allison was so caring, attentive and so understanding as my health is not the best. It was obvious but she was so gracious about it and made me feel at ease.
