“Very good food, nice selection on craft beers and relaxed atmosphere. We went there as a group of 4 and were very satisfied.
I ordered the Cheesesteak sandwich. It was great, the bread was made with a pizza dough, plenty of beef and cheese, but it was a little dry. There was no sauce. Maybe a remoulade, mayo or balsamic reduction could have helped. Even if only served on the side to be added as needed.
We will be coming back, but will all order pizza and ceasar salad next time as those were the best items we had.“

“Noctem was the first place we visited after arriving in Quebec City by train from Montreal 🚆, and it proved to be an excellent introduction to the city 🍔.
It was the perfect place to settle in with a vegan burger 🌱 and a beer 🍺. I chose a pale ale, and it was great to be able to see the beer being brewed in the microbrewery while we were eating ⚙️.
One of the more entertaining aspects of the visit was the cat-themed references throughout the venue 🐱. I never quite worked out the story behind them, but they certainly added character to the experience 😺.
The service was extremely friendly 😊, and the staff switched seamlessly between French and English 🇫🇷🇬🇧 to make sure we were fully looked after.
Between the brewery setting, good food, enjoyable beer, and welcoming service, Knox made a very strong first impression of Quebec City ✨.

“My partner and I stopped here for one of their beer sample carousel (8 samples). Every single one of the beers we tried were great and we only tried half of what they had on tap! They had a gulpable slushy beer and around 8 non-alcoholic options. The server was extremely friendly and patient as we asked the menu. Highly recommend!!!“

They brew everything on site.
No food is offered which is ok since it’s a beer tasting place.
Lots of selection of different beer to choose from.
The atmosphere is very much microbrewery style/beer tasting place. Good rock music was playing.
The service was very friendly, attentive to our basic needs… even started the popcorn machine for us two clients in a quiet Sunday afternoon, very welcoming!
If you’re in the area and want to do some beer tasting… very good idea to try this place!

“Really excellent and flavorful craft beers, delicious food, and warm service. The ambiance was nice as well, very cozy but polished. We especially enjoyed the soup of the day, which was cream of onion; it was just what we needed after a long day of travel. I strongly recommend La Korrigane!“

“Our server Zach was excellent and he was very knowledgeable and friendly... The Smokehouse Nachos and Smoked Wings we ordered were exceptional... The beer on tap was outstanding in particular I have never been able to find a non alcoholic beer on tap ... they had an IPA available that was one of the best I've ever tried ... We don't speak French but Zach spoke excellent English ... Will definitely go again if we are ever in the area again...“
