Stopped here on my trip to Quebec City and glad I did. They have a great beer list with unique and interesting styles. They tasted great without any off-putting ones. The girl at the bar was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about describing the beer. Ordered the chicken burger and tasted great with a delicious sauce.

La Souche - Microbrasserie (Limoilou) offers a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Visitors can enjoy the Tuesday mystery poutine, accompanied by one of the excellent beers, in a location that was formerly Bar Le Corbusier. The service is exceptional, with knowledgeable staff who provide great recommendations on the beer selection. Xavier provided great service, even to a large group who arrived late. The kitchen waited for them, and they ate very well. Non-alcoholic beers delighted the drivers. The atmosphere is very warm. The service is impeccable and fast. The team's smiles are a highlight. The lumberjack pizza is missed.
