The Subway restaurant is known for its welcoming staff and fresh food. The sandwiches are well-made, and the location is generally clean. Customers can choose from a wide range of vegetarian options. However, some have complained about long wait times and high prices for certain items, such as salads. The decor has been described as both renovated and potentially causing discomfort for some customers due to its brightness.
Recently, customers have expressed concerns about the lack of air conditioning at this particular branch, with one location experiencing issues for several months. The heat waves have been described as enormous, and customers have expressed sympathy for the employees working in such conditions. Customers have found the heat to be unbearable, with one stating they could not last 15 minutes in the restaurant. The management's failure to address this issue has been criticized, with concerns raised about the impact on the health and safety of both employees and customers, as well as the potential impact on the quality of the food.
