“The place is super clean and well maintained. The management also seems good. When the McDonald's opened, there were several errors for a period of about 1 year but it is now very well established. 5/5 in all aspects when compared to other McDonalds.“

I was a bit grossed out by an employee using his hands, rather than tongs, to reach for cookies, muffins, etc. Even pre-covid, he should have used a glove, tongs or piece of waxed paper. Management should definitely speak with their employees with regards to this, especially in front of customers.“
