McDonald's offers good food with very good service and a clean environment. However, some customers have complained about cold poutine lacking sauce. Despite limited vegetarian options, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The staff can sometimes have communication issues, but overall, the service has been improving, with a great A+ team noted on one occasion.
