Restaurant du Pont Noir - casse-croûte is the best place to get the real taste of what Quebec is. The poutine is 11/10, just amazing, with fresh and squeaky cheese curds. The smoked meat poutine is also amazing, and the chocolate cake is some of the best store-bought cake, perfectly moist. The food is always delicious, and the quality of the products reflects the delight for the whole family. The service is good, friendly, and professional, with good staff who are there to work. The owner is very kind. The outdoor location is for quiet dining, and the parking lot is small but well managed. This snack stands out over the years and is a little corner of paradise. Worth the trip.
