Ce repas de fête a été douloureux pour nos quatre postérieurs. L’hôtesse qui nous a reçu semble avoir cédé notre table à un client sans réservation. Résultat, nous qui avions réservé pour quatre personnes un 8 services avons eu l’honneur de crever de chaleur à la table des employés, à avoir un sévère mal de dos en prime. Rendu à ce niveau, ça gâché pas mal l’expérience client. 😕
