The staff has ignored me as I don’t speak French (I’m not Canadian). While I was trying to order sandwiches for my family, the 2 girls served 4 other clients in between my order. As a results the first sandwiches were cold by the time they finally bothered to make the last one. Rude. Apparently they don’t want tourists in a touristic town.

Subway offers awesome service with a professional and happy staff. Customers can enjoy tasty veggie foot-longs and excellent service. The employees are well-trained and pleasant, providing incredible service. However, a recent incident with a rude young man cleaning the restaurant affected the overall experience. Despite this, the friendly young woman who served the customer offered sincere apologies for her colleague's behavior. The customer had to drive home to enjoy their meal after the unpleasant encounter but noticed that the cookies were missing from the order. Overall, Subway provides delicious food and great service, but occasional incidents like this one can impact the dining experience.
