The place looks a little depressing, the food took a while to arrive and the cashiers didnt respond quickly, fries weren’t salty enough, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY I DIDNT GET A GLASS CUP!

Came here for a quick bite one morning. Wasn't expecting much from fast food, but this was a pretty depressing sandwich. Got the chicken sandwich and the patty probably only took up about 60% of the bun size. Tasted okay, but size was laughable. Excellent service and food. What stood out the most was the warmth with which I was treated kind, attentive, and genuinely willing to listen. I felt as if I were coming home for a meal, like dining with family. A truly heartwarming experience.
