We were looking to get a nice dinner in downtown Montreal and chose Accords Le Bistro over Cadet and were glad we did. This restaurant was great, not only in terms of food, but in terms of service and atmosphere too. I have been to Accords le bistro several times and it is always a memorable experience. The front of house staff offers personalized service, and can recommend a pairing no matter what your taste. All the staff are well versed on common allergens in their dishes and will cater to allergies. We found this bistro by chance, looking for a quick dinner before our show started. We had no reservations, however the bar was available and how wonderful that ended up being. The staff asked us if we were doing a show and so all service was quick without compromising quality. We met some of the very pleasant bar staff, our waiter explained the menu to us, and we chose the 3 course meal. We both loved the taste of all courses, as it had unexpected pairings of flavours.
