This was one of the best experiences ive had, and trust me that is saying alot... great staff, beautiful place and incredible food!

Le Clara is a lively restaurant that has significantly improved its menu under a new chef, previously at le Hachoir. The chef has added impressive twists to classic dishes, such as the Burrata with crispy chickpeas and homemade boudin, and uses high-quality ingredients like filet mignon for the tartare de bœuf. The homemade focaccia, made with yeast rising for days, is especially praised as the best and highly recommended. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and handles busy evenings well, making guests feel at ease despite the busy environment. The space is somewhat quirky and perfect for a 5a7 aperitif to escape the festival frenzy outside. Parking is available at the Place des arts lot. Overall, Le Clara offers quality food, good service, and a lively atmosphere, making it a place worth returning to.
