So happy that this restaurant still exists, I lived in the neighborhood several years ago, today I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is still open. Excellent meal and service!
A big regular at this excellent neighborhood restaurant. Homemade recipes (even the soy sauce is homemade). Best egg rolls by far. Excellent banh mi (the chicken one is my favorite). The soups are delicious and the bowls of vermicelli with grilled meats, served Vietnamese style, are my big favorite. Several vegetarian options too. And the owner is undeniably kind! Long live Banh Mi Saigon!

If perfection and complexity had a name, it would be called Banh Mi Saigon. Simple, certainly, but very satisfying. A flavor capable of making us forget our daily problems in a symphony of flavors worthy of renowned chefs while maintaining a disconcerting simplicity.
