Je recommande un bon latté ou café au lait avec une délicieuse viennoiserie.
Pour un petit déjeuner un gruau au petits fruits nappé de graines ou une bonne chocolatine fraîchement préparée.
Pour le déjeuner une quesadilla soit au poulet ou végétarienne les 2 sont succulentes.
Ou aussi bien un bon panini, un wrap au poulet et fromage ou un sandwich classique sur baguette
