Absolutely adore Carlos Bakery. We’ve eaten at his pop up bakery at our casino in Connecticut and we ate at his restaurant in Las Vegas too for my husband’s birthday ! So amazing! Love it all!!
I never felt more unwelcome. We visited the Carlos bakery in Times Square, Saturday, January 17, 2026 and we were the only people in the bakery at the time. I asked the young lady working behind the counter if they had anything there that was dairy free she said no and then from that moment and was unwilling to help us we were still browsing around and had planned on making a purchase and she disappeared I never came back, we were still perusing around the bakery, and then a man...read full review
