Have been trying to call to make a reservation with no answer, Have been there last week on Friday night at 6:30 to 6:45’- nobody came to open. Several others were also there waiting, but left as well when Ennio did not appear.
My mother-in-law's favorite restaurant. She turned 84 two weeks ago and we decided to reserve a table to celebrate. Delicious food, perfect service and authentic family ambiance (as usual). Hope this restaurant will remain open until the end of time. To my knowledge, Ennio is one of the last genuine old-school italian restaurants in Montreal. Enormous portions like in the old time and affordable menu. Can't believe someone would complain about this place. I invite my fellow Montrealers...read full review

Cute and cozy little restaurant run by the owner himself and sometimes a helper. It's a great place to chill and chat with friends/dates with your own wine. Meals are great but come out slow since the friendly grandpa cooks everything himself so it's not for people in a hurry to grab a meal.
