We were a group of 7 ranging in age from 17-55 and different backgrounds, Chinese Italian African, and we all unequivocally loved loved the food and the experience.We probably ordered every dish on the menu and cannot think of one dish that was average. My favorites were all the seafood dishes. I know that's not narrow list of choices but trust me they were so great. If you are looking for great food and ambiance. Chifa is exactly the placee you are looking for. The food is delicious with a unique combination of flavors. The ambiance is a mix of relax and hip also comfortable, not at all touristy. The location is on a quieter, more residential street near Old Montreal. The staff are always very friendly, giving terrific plate suggestions and the cocktails are awesome! Definitely try it!
