Chocolate
500ml Jar. Our classic chocolate ice cream, made with 100% cocoa. Contains: Dairy, Eggs. May Contain: Tree nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Mustard, Soy, Wheat.
Vanilla
500ml Jar. Vanilla's not boring. It's classic. We use top-quality whole vanilla beans grown in Tahiti for a flavour that is light and crisp. Contains: Dairy, Eggs. May Contain: Tree nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Mustard, Soy, Wheat.
Chocolate Stracciatella + Moroccan Mint
500ml Jar. We dehydrate fresh, Québec-grown moroccan style mint, and steep it for 24 hours in our custard base. We don't add any essences or anything, we just give the leaves a good long soak. What we're left with is a subtle mint flavour that elevates the dark chocolate stracciatella. Yep, we know it's not green- it shouldn't be. Contains: Dairy, Eggs. May Contain: Tree nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Mustard, Soy, Wheat.
Earl Grey
500ml Jar. Black tea flavoured naturally with bergamot rinds and steeped in our custard base for 24 hours. Contains: Dairy, Eggs. May Contain: Tree nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Mustard, Soy, Wheat.
Salted Caramel
500ml Jar. Home made caramel ribbons yum yum yum Contains: Dairy, Eggs. May Contain: Tree nuts, Peanuts, Sesame, Mustard, Soy, Wheat.
Peanut
500ml Jar We salt and roast peanuts before we purée them to give this ice cream a salty sweet flavour. Contains: Dairy, Eggs, Peanuts. May Contain: Tree nuts, Sesame, Mustard, Soy, Wheat.
Walnut Praline
500ml Jar. Our take on pralines and cream. Butter caramel coated walnut chunks and our classic frozen custard. Don't let someone else eat all the chunks- beat them to it. Contains: Dairy, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Wheat (gluten). May Contain: Mustard, Sesame, Peanuts, Soy.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
3 brown butter melt-in-your-mouth chocolate chip cookies, made with premium Ecuadorian 75% chocolate pistolets.
Double Chocolate Cookies
3 chewy double chocolate cookies, made with West African cacao and premium white-chocolate pistolets.
Sugar Butter Cookies
3 sugar and vanilla butter cookie. Probably our favourite for slathering with ice cream.

4 of our classic Italian two-bite almond cookie. Naturally gluten free :)

Stopped by for ice cream and overall really enjoyed it.

The soft serve itself was excellent — super creamy, smooth, and clearly high quality. I tried the vanilla and cardamom flavour, and while the texture was fantastic, the cardamom was a little too strong for my personal taste and ended up overpowering the vanilla.

I also tried the olive oil, ricotta, and thyme ice cream. It was interesting and well executed, though not my favourite flavour...

One of the best ice cream places. I came all the way from DT as it says it opens on Sundays and it doesn’t… i even called snd the automated response said the same but the place was closed and nothing about was mentioned on the store or online..

Quite possibly the most Saint-Henri place to ever exist. Shelling out a small fortune for ice cream has quickly become both an expectation and a hobby whenever I’m east of the canal.
