“Good spot to grab some ice cream and usually pretty busy. The only downside is that employees sometimes have trouble understanding orders. The girl that day was francophone and so I ordered a soft serve vanilla in a waffle cone in French (of which I am fluent). Got a half chocolate / half vanilla soft serve in a regular cone instead. Didn't feel like arguing, had it and it was still alright, just not exactly what I wanted. Better luck next time I suppose.“

“Great cookie dough and caramel Blizzard and also great customer service from the staff. It’s rare you get good service with a smile these days and also a full explanation on why they always turn the Blizzard upside down before giving it you to show how different and thicker their ice cream is. And if it falls out of the cup it’s free!“

“I went there on mars 14 around 8h40, it was full and the employee was working all alone by herself. She did an incredible job.She was answering in a good French and was talking English too.The other man employee (he didn’t help her while there was 30 persons in line?) on the other hand put his speaker on high volume, didn’t wear any net in his hair, wasn’t in full uniform.As someone who have their MAPAQ diploma, I don’t think this place would have pass the test tonight. Lot of tissue being everywhere, box of food right on the floor, skors touching smarties… I’m working in the food industry too and I know how hard it is to manage a team.. y’all can do it!The place was full (it’s 3 restaurants in 1 building) and a bit chaotic, but it seemed clean (except the kitchen) and didn’t smell bad like others ice-cream shop I went in Montreal.Dietary restrictions: Dairy-free options like smoothies and such.Kid-friendliness: Options for kids and toddlers.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really wheelchair friendly because of the space. Not much space to move.“

The usual dairy Queen classics served in a typical style dairy Queen building.I still don't understand why they're not open for breakfast. And, they should stay open through the winter and serve never melt ice cream.“
“I ordered a personalized cake for my daughter's birthday. The service was excellent and the cake looked stunning - even prettier than the picture I sent! Thanks to the manager who served me and who added the lettering to the cake. My daughter was really happy!“
