Eva’s is an absolute amazing brunch spot. I love their chill ambiance and always playing good music too. The service is great and very warm and friendly. One of the best fluffiest tastiest pancakes I’ve ever had ( Hightower dish ) also the sausages in the Hightower are incredibly delicious. Eva's - St. Henri is an amazing brunch spot with a chill ambiance and great music. The service is warm, friendly, and impeccable. The food is fresh and made to order, with dishes like the Hightower, chicken and waffles, and eggslut sandwich being particularly delicious. The pancakes are fluffy and tasty, and the mini pancake bites are a must-try. The coffee is also very good. The restaurant is easy to make a reservation at, and the prices are reasonable. The portions are generally big, although some dishes like the Pollo Fuego sandwich may be smaller. The fries that come with the food are perfect. Overall, Eva's - St. Henri is a great choice for brunch, with a lovely atmosphere and attentive service.
