“Payment machine has not been updated to new law: still shows after tax tip suggestions (starting at 18%, might I add). Waiter claims they cannot change the system - which is obviously not true since most restaurants now comply with said law. Being gaslight by this waiter tainted the whole experience; unfortunate because the other waiter was lovely and the food was great.“

“This was our first time eating Persian food, and definitely not the last! It was an excellent and delicious first experience. Every plate was absolutely delicious. Super flavorful, with a great variety of textures and tastes. The service was also very good, and we felt very welcomed. The ambiance was lovely as well. “I got the Mix Saj pita and I'd say the taste is mediocre at best. I had better ones. The meat is dry and springy. The garlic sauce is on the sour side of it. It fills you up though that's for sure. It's a little longer than a regular pita.“

First, it was the combination of lemon, mint, and zahtar - bright, savory, and deeply comforting all at once - that turned a simple meal into something quietly unforgettable.

But beyond the *incredible* dining experience, it was meeting and having the opportunity to speak with Sona that made the visit so beautifully special: her warmth, her stories, and her pride in Armenian culture made me feel both welcomed to Montreal and connected to a wider, generous global community.

“Five stars!! The cocktails were AMAZING! And the bartender Danielle is such a lovely young lady. She made my favourite drink, mojito with NO ICE. I spilled it on my favourite corduroy pants and she replaced my drink no questions asked! She even gave me a clean cloth for my wet pants!
