“Quartier Perse is the place to go for authentic Iranian food. Every dish is full of rich, well-balanced flavours, and you can tell the recipes are made the traditional way. The portions are generous, the rice is perfectly cooked, and the grilled meats are tender and delicious. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming too. A true taste of Iran right here in Montreal, highly recommended!“

Going in order of pictures
1. House Pancake Bites: Tasty, fluffy and FUN. I love their concept of “takoyaki-like” pancakes. Super bouncy and surprisingly filling for a “light” appetizer.
2. Oat milk latte: No kidding, hands-down my favourite latte. Rich and smooth texture from the latte, probably thanks to the oat milk and potent coffee. Perfectly balance.
3. Hightower and crispy chicken: FIRST OF ALL, the rosemary and butter combination… whoever thought of this combination is a kitchen wizard. It was so good and I love that the pancakes were mini size ❤ They were small but fluffy and chewy.
Second, the chicken was fresh and crispy. Make sure to drizzle their organic maple syrup over it. Out of this world. ✨
4. Challah French Toast: they surprised me with a cute candle on top of my order when I mentioned about my graduation. 🥹 It was super thoughtful and sweet. The French toast delicious. I only had a bite, because by that time, I was STUFFED.

10/10 experience. 10/10 service. 10/10 food. If you’re celebrating your birthday, graduation or whatever special occasion, definitely a solid spot to celebrate. Thank you Ricky for your amazing service and shout out to Shah for ensuring my friend and I had an amazing time. 🫶“

“Not a fan of the computerized ordering but this seems to be the trend. I prefer the human interaction. Service was friendly but a bit slow to get my food. At least the food arrived hot and was delicious. I recommend the beef shawarma saj. Not the cheapest fast food lunch but portion was generous compared to Lebanese spots like Amir and Boustan and quality was way better.“

“I really like this restaurant. I am obsessed by the Kafta in yogurt sauce. I've been there multiple times. And the food always impressed whoever i take there.
I only issue I've ever had is that, once, it was very busy and the server was a little bit impatient. I was with friends that were visiting from abroad that don't speak English or French. The servers servers we in hurry so it was hardcore me to take the time to explain or translate everything. But again, this day it was really busy and they were polite and professional, is just that we could feel their stress while I was dealing with the miscommunication between us (me and friends).
This was a very small issue, we still had a great experience and it was just this one time.

The price is fair for what you get. But is not cheap. Last time I had a 20$ appetizer, main course, desert and half bottle of wine. It cost me 150$ with tip.“

“Have you ever had one of those “Where have you been all my life?!” culinary and cultural moments? Arouch - and the MOST lovely Sona - left me with that feeling yesterday. First, it was the combination of lemon, mint, and zahtar - bright, savory, and deeply comforting all at once - that turned a simple meal into something quietly unforgettable.

But beyond the *incredible* dining experience, it was meeting and having the opportunity to speak with Sona that made the visit so beautifully special: her warmth, her stories, and her pride in Armenian culture made me feel both welcomed to Montreal and connected to a wider, generous global community.

As a recent Quebec transplant, I felt seen, exceptionally (!) well-fed, and genuinely at home, and I’m already looking forward to coming back, both for the lahmajoun and for another chance to say thank you to such a gracious ambassador of Armenian hospitality and Montreal’s welcome. 💕🙏🏼“
