Hotel William Grey is the perfect spot right in the middle of Old Montreal. Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, spacious and clean rooms, AMAZING shower, valet serviced parking garage right on premise, great restaurants, a lovely terrace and a coffee shop with one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had.

Great location. A lovely spot in and of itself - however for the price. Things should be immaculate. I arrived 1 hour after check in - room was not ready. Was simply told “sit over there we will call you”. After a full travel day - this was obviously not ideal. We were tired and hungry. Got to my room - balcony door was broken. It was a small enclave with no view so I didn’t bother calling about it - but did inform them when I checked out. Came back to wet sheets one day...
