Hinnawi Bros Bagel & Café | Tunnel is located inside the Galerie PVM mall, using the underground connection to Eaton Centre past Cathcart place. Finding the place is a challenge, as the shopfront is actually two shops in front. The bagels are incredible; the bagel of the day and Montreal bagel are lightly crunchy on the outside and soft inside, slightly petite so the filling shines. The bagels are soft, yet chewy, and even when not eaten fresh, they are still so good. The staff is very friendly and made a great recommendation for the bagel with lox, which did not disappoint. A breakfast bagel is also good and hearty. The coffee and tea are great and do not disappoint. The restaurant offers affordable bagels at good prices, with a small dine-in area with a handful of seats. It is a nice atmosphere for coffee with friends or to read or study.
