Based on the reviews, Hot Star Large Fried Chicken offers very delicious chicken at a cheap price. The original salt and pepper crispy chicken is fairly sizable. The portions are very generous. The crispy chicken popcorn and the spicy flavors are recommended. The cheesy chicken is to die for, and the cheese stuffed chicken has a good spice level. The fries are surprisingly good, with a very crispy outside and an inside that wasn't dry. The green apple yogurt juice tastes just like green Jolly Ranchers. The chicken is always served freshly fried and piping hot. Customer service is great. The place is clean inside and doesn't smell overly like oil. Seating is available to sit and eat, and there is a bathroom for customers. The restaurant was closed due to a fire one year after someone drove into the one in the west island.
