The experience at Kyo Bar Japonais was by far the best dining experience my husband and I have ever had! We just got married and are celebrating our honeymoon in Montreal. The staff were so friendly and sweet - they made the experience very special for us by giving us a great table with some privacy and writing us a note! 5 stars across the board, must eat in Montreal! Simon our server was excellent and the sashimi was so fresh! Everything is done super intentionally, down to the tableware. Truly an amazing experience well worth the price point!

We also had appetizers including the Takoyaki, Gyoza, and Edameme, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing
While I am not a fan of sushi, I did try one of the tuna rolls and found them incredibly rich and flavorable, a good recommendation for people who are new.
