We had booked at Salon Desjardins last Saturday without much wait... once there (6:00 p.m.) we noticed that there were no seats left... we were finally helped to find two on the edge from the wall.The buffet was unfortunately disappointing... the dishes were lukewarm except for one item that had just arrived (lamb pâté au gratin).The lukewarm, flavorless breaded chicken wings. The hunter's chicken was warm and tough... the shrimp were very good though.As for alcoholic drinks included in the ticket price... for beers we found only lagers... no IPAs, no reds. As for wine, everything is good, even down to being able to choose a port.In terms of atmosphere... A bit cafeteria style unfortunately but with the buffet formula it's difficult to do otherwise I imagine.Will we go back? Probably not :(
