I've been to a few Michelin star restaurants and for me, Jerome Ferrer's Les Givrés d'Europea is perhaps the most memorable. Everything is delicious down to the butter which is dusted with balsam fir giving it a Christmas tree scent and taste which made me think of Christmas in the middle of July. The food was fantastic and the presentation amazing. Our waiter was so helpful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this restaurant and the tasting menu to everyone.
This is our second time dining here. I think we'll dine here every time we come to Montreal. Service and food are truly memorable. We did the 6 course tasting menu this time (did the 10 course menu previously). No disappointments at all. A very nice way to wind up this birthday trip (also in town for the Jazz Festival)
