Following a warm welcome, we ordered poutine and risotto. The risotto was too salty and had too much fennel. The poutine, creatively served in a pot, contained lobster and filet mignon.
We went to Maison Saint-Paul yesterday as a couple. The place is charming, we really liked it. The food very good. I only liked the octopus and the fish a little less. The beef carpaccio and wild mushrooms as well as my boyfriend's filet mignon were wow. Very kind staff. I loved the atmosphere and my music, but if you are 40 and over, you should know that this place is frequented by very young people. I would say early twenties.
