I whole-heartedly recommend Mama C in Montreal's Vieux Port. The quality of everything that is presented here (the attention to detail in the decor, the atmosphere, the service, the creativity of the platings and recipes, the deliciousness of every dish, the many options available, the quantity of each portion and so much more) is incredibly high.
