R.I.P to the half-owner Jean-Marie Toussaint ( ?June 10 2020) ?? He did a lot from the opening in 1984, especially the kitchen side when the Casse-Croute was created. He knew his recipes ❤️A great place to find Carribean food and spices. My fav is the legume (mixed vegetable) with rice

This market is not stable, sometimes it is good and sometimes it is really horrible. The portion varies depending on the person too. Customer service leaves something to be desired. The pâtés are often overcooked and hard. It’s sad because when we came to eat with the Radio-Canada team the food was fresh.
