i went for the special BOGO DEAL Sat Nov 24th 2023. I ordered 10 pieces of chicken thinking I was getting the BOGO DEAL (Buy one 6 Piece, 10 Piece or 14 Piece Original Recipe Bucket, get the second one for free.) BUT after getting home to find out they NEVER gave me that BOGO DEAL. Everyone PLEASE check your order before leaving the store!
9 times out of 10 there is missing items that we were charged for it, cold food, not crispy at all and the sauce is bland.Cashier wasnt listening to me carefully, had to repeat myself and i was talking clearly

I am afraid about the future of this PFK/KFC outlet!! The outlet doesn't represent the original brand value of KFC. The service was good, however, both of the washrooms/toilets are not operational.The food doesn't taste unique or doesn't give the feeling of KFC!! I would love to get warm bread and fresh lettuce in my wrap which I didn't get. The chicken was freshly cooked and crispy. But it doesn't seem like a KFC Chicken!
