I recently visited this KFC with two friends and we ordered the Ultimate Bucket for two. Unfortunately, after eating the meal at home, all three of us came down with food poisoning. When I called the restaurant the next morning to report the issue, the staff “Sharifa” was extremely dismissive and unhelpful. The employee refused to listen to my concerns and kept insisting that the food was fine, implying that we must have done something wrong. This lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this location.

We ordered family bucket. Quantity is good but quality is not good. Chiken wings are too salty, even we through some into bin.

Just a quick thank you to the very nice cashier who gave me a glass of water today. I have eaten there before and always had a great meal, but this time I wasn’t buying anything. I was on a run without my wallet and it was hotter out than I expected. She gave me a cup of water and even asked if I wanted ice. Great customer service!
