First they told me they would take the rest via Skip,Then they told me I would have to pick it up or order something else through the app; according to them, just ordering a sauce was enough, but the app doesn't accept orders under $12.So I had to order $12 more or wait 3 weeks for a refund, because apparently the delivery driver couldn't come back for my order. I placed an online order four days ago, but the courier never delivered it. I called the restaurant, and they told me they have no way to contact their couriers and couldn’t help. That means they hand off orders with no control or accountability.
Two hours after I still hadn’t received my food — and after five phone calls — they finally promised me a refund. Not to mention, everyone was left hungry.
I still haven’t received my money back. This is an awful restaurant, and I’m not going to let this go. This is simply theft.

HORRIBLE! WE WAS SCAMMED! WE ORDERED 2 sets, I paid $50, and the courier didn't bring us the whole order. I also paid extra for Pepsi, and they didn't bring that either, as well as corn, and there was only one burger. I WISH YOU BE SCAMMED EVERYWHERE THE WAY YOU ARE PEOPLE. I WILL BE THERE TO VISIT YOU AGAIN, IT'S NOT ENOUGH NOT TO SHOW UP.

A big shoutout to Branch manager CHAYTANIA , she was so kind, polite and intelligent. We reached there after closing but she generously takes our order knowing the fact that we are travelling from Ontario and food places are almost closed everywhere because of Christmas Eve.. GIRL!!! You know how to provide quality services and entertain your last moment customer!! Much much thanks to you!! and your efficient team!!

You can tell when they changed the meat to halal. It tastes disgusting. Employees are very rude too. It’s also really expensive for no reason at all. Long wait time… nothing is ready.

This place makes the best fried chicken, it’s fresh and juicy. I was afraid the batter of the chicken would be too thick but the employee Kartik made sure I was satisfied with my order, he even made me check that the chicken was up to my expectation before leaving. Very good service. I recommend everyone, and will most likely be coming back.
Ordered 20 hot wings for delivery. Asked for ketchup and hot sauce. Got none. Zero. Also no napkins. How cheap can a restaurant be? Even when I pickup in person this location never has hot sauce which is the main sauce for their hot wings. Owner seems to cheap out. It costs almost $2 per wing and they cant give a 25cents worth of ketchup and hot sauce. Jeez.

I’ve been in a restaurant business for many many years and I don’t usually complain, but this was not OK when I went there to drink machine had no ice so the soda came out very warm when I asked if it was ice anywhere it said no and I asked them if they had bottled Pepsi to compensate they told me no then he told me that they had no Chicken ready and this was at 5 o’clock and then it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait I didn’t mind waiting but once I got my food I left and went home. I lived 20 minutes from that place when I got home and I bid into the Chicken it was wrong half cooked and went back a few days and spoke to the manager. She was very unprofessional. She asked me if I had a picture of the food. I asked her if she was serious and that I look like the type of person that I would need to go and complain about food to get free food. I told her that I thought that was ridiculous and I walked out zero customer service skills.
