I've passed by Chez Fred many times and finally decided to try them out; wish I would've tried them sooner! Great sourdough bread! And we lived the croissant breakfast sandwich. The place has a nice and calm atmosphere and truly focuses on the art of breadmaking.
For 12 years, I have been buying my croissants from the brothers Frédéric and Ludovic, the best croissants in town. Today I tried a sandwich that I haven't had the chance to try before. WOW, try it with roast beef! Personally, it's my favorite sandwich :-DLong life !

Like having a baguette in Paris but with way better service. Staff is always kind, courteous and efficient. The croissants and chocolatines are buttery and flaky and their chouquettes are like eating buttery sugary air. A must try in my books
