“I had a really great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to Umang. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made sure our order was correct, answered our questions patiently, and checked in to make sure everything tasted good.Would come back ✊🤞.“
“2025.12.03: I am so grateful to Shanjida and her team. They make ordering lunch for a very large group super easy. And of course, there are always options for any restrictions. It's very reassuring to have reliable and consistently great service these days. HUGE thanks!
*UPDATE 2025.12.03: Strange. The first time I needed assistance to place a large order for a group of 40, I had plenty of help but not today. I was not-so-gently redirected to place the order online - the incentive being there are no discounts or deals when you call and online costs $70 less!
But now my card is not going through (not a MC issue/they confirmed all was fine) and I can't place the order. So what now?
There is no help online. No customer service hotline that can assist. I need to wait for the store to open at 11 am but that will be very lasty-minute for such a large order.
I guess that's what happens when corporations cut back to make more profit - the customer winds up floundering.
I guess I'm back to finding alternatives for the group lunch. What a shame.“

“What an amazing experience at Pizza Hut on Henri-Bourassa! The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, energetic, and genuinely kind. They matched our energy perfectly and made us feel so welcome throughout our visit.
What really stood out was how accommodating they were, they even let us play our own music on the TV, which made the atmosphere even more fun and personalized. It’s rare to find a team that goes the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable and enjoy themselves.
Great food, great vibes, and an even greater team. Thank you for making our visit so memorable, we’ll definitely be back!“
“We placed a large order and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Everything arrived right on time, fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire process. Excellent food, wonderful service, and great attention to detail. We will definitely be ordering again!“
“As some of my viewers who have been around know that my name is Alfred Johnson and I am from Manchester in England UK (born and raised). I do not speak an ounce of French but I do speak english! Apart from a nice Sunday Roast or a lovely Fish&Chips by the beachside, Pizza is a food I enjoy greatly. I ordered a Pepperoni pizza with some waffle fries just to relieve my youth. The service was decent as it was lunch hour and there was a lot of people, you can say this Pizza Hut is very popular😂😂😂. It definitely 'lives up to the hype' as the youngsters say these days😂😂😂.“
“Best pizza is the pan fried version of Pizza Hut. The crust is perfect. Service is fast and impeccable.
On the app, the pizzas were half priced and we were offered free bread sticks. Large pizza 14 in for 15$. Good promotion.“
“Très bon service, rapide, pro et symapthique.Mes pizzas étaient prêtes à l'heure convenue et bien chaudes.Je recommande les yeux fermés(Translated by Google)Very good service, fast, professional and friendly. My pizzas were ready at the agreed time and piping hot.I recommend with eyes closed“
“I feel terrible for the worker, who did an excellent job correcting a small mistake with no issues whatsoever, but has to work in Hell's Inferno as there is no AC ,not even for the customers. Oh and they're short staffed so this guy's running the restaurant on a Sunday by himself. To head office, shame on you! To the guy keeping your business afloat, you deserve an award!“
“I have been a regular customer for long but I really see the difference in quality recently and when I talked to employees, I was told there is a new management. Instead of once a month, now I enjoy their services more often now. Great service and food quality, strong recommendation to others.“

“I ordered from Pizza Hut and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their pizza. The dough was soft, the ingredients fresh, and the cheese melted to perfection. The service was fast and the staff very friendly. Special mention for their chicken wings which were delicious! I recommend without hesitation,“
“I love Pizza Hut! As far as I’m concerned, this is the best pizza place near me. The pizza is delicious top to bottom, delivery is fast and the pizza is always hot at hand off time. The delivery men are always friendly. The menu is pretty good. Love this place.“
“They have seats and tabpebes to eat inside, but there are no washrooms available to clients. If you want to wash your hands before you eat a pizza, like any normal person, they tell you to walk a block away to go use Starbucks washrooms. (BTW Starbucks put codes on their washrooms because of this, and those codes change daily)“
“Je viens souvent dans cette Pizza Hut, et l'ambiance y est toujours conviviale. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant, ce qui rend chaque visite agréable. La qualité des pizzas est au rendez-vous, toujours délicieuses et préparées avec soin. C'est vraiment un plaisir de profiter d'une bonne pizza dans un cadre chaleureux, je recommande sans hésiter“
