First order from Pizza St-Viateur Monkland last night and it was excellent! The service was fast and courteous. The 4 pizza special was worth it to try several flavors. I will definitely recommend soon to try the other pizzas!

A few days ago I ordered two pizzas with Uber. Unfortunately, the pizzas were not of good quality at all, the ingredients on it were very little and the cheese was very, very little. I called them and said that the goat cheese on it was not enough at all.When I sent them a photo, they said that the cheese can be seen on the pizza!!!! A pizza with goat cheese, you expect it to be full of goat cheese, not two or three small pieces. Pizza was thin and dry and the pizza cheese was so low that it had no stretch. Garnished Pizza was just four slices of bacon on pizza and some onions and green peppers.In response to my protest, they said that they can give a 15% discount on the next purchase!!! (Am I going to buy from them again?!!!??) This is not customer service. I do not recommend this place at all

We had an issue with the order. I called the store and explained we wanted one of the pizzas as cheese. He told me to “keep the order and call it a day.” I then explained my kids are vegetarian and starving as it’s dinner. His response was inappropriate “starving like they haven’t eaten in 10 years?” Then they offered to deliver a new pizza, but after mentioning I live in Mo West I was given a handful of reasons it’s too far. I decided to order a replacement elsewhere. He calls me and starts harassing me on the phone telling me I’m blind over and over again. Finally, he started harassing me by sending text messages. I find this highly inappropriate behaviour. I’ve been a steady customer for years and don’t deserve such treatment.

My wife ordered calzone and salad for my mother in law. She is an old lady, who dont have smart phone. She got the food but it was All BURNT. My wife she called these guyz and they said they need pictures. How can an old lady, who dont have any smart phone can send pics? She is handicapped and your cook didnt even think to chcek before packing? 30-40$ is not a big amount but it’s not acceptable. We had order before this place but m sure it is our last order. Please Double chcek your food before sending out.

I went online to see the menu and 4 pizzas 9" for 33$. I called to order and the price is 45$. I told them it is written 33$ .... The only answer i got , is : "you know what, you want it for 45$ or not !" ... TERRIBLE !!!! They just do not care.

Not very good pizza based on taste, freshness and what we got for the price. To add 1 extra topping is mostly 5.50$! I can almost buy an entire brick of cheese for that and melt it on myself! Total rip off on the pricing. It's not the worst pizza ever but it's definitely nothing to recommend and ingredients definitely aren't fresh. We had the Pizza al Pollo and the Napolitana and it said there was basil but there was not. I couldn't see or taste a single fresh leaf or dry sprinkle of basil. The dough was tough and didn't have anything special about it and Im very surprised by their 4.1 star rating. Seems suspicious to me ?♀️
